- Arrange for interviews of shortlisted candidates and ensure screening results are recorded.
- To advertise vacancies into Jobstreet and liaise with Internal Advertisment agency/Group Human Resource.
Requirements: - Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- MUST be familiar and well versed with Labour Law, IR matters, Immigration and recruitment.
- Proficient in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Matured, self motivated, fast learner, good interpersonal and organizing skills with strong sense of commitment to meet deadlines.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision and work under pressure.
- Must have proficiency with various software applications programs including Lotus Notes, Opensuite System, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
- Applicants should be a Malaysian Citizen and willing to work at Bandar Sunway.
- Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
- Preferrable applicants who can start work immedaitely.
