BANTING - Sebanyak 30 pertubuhan bukan kerajaan (NGO) di Kuala Langat membuat laporan polis berhubung dakwaan pemilikan 20 akaun induk membabitkan aset, saham dan wang bernilai RM3 bilion oleh Ketua Pembangkang, Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim.

NGO terbabit termasuklah Pertubuhan Pribumi Perkasa (Perkasa) Kuala Langat, Persatuan India Muslim, Belia Orang asli Pulau Carey, Asal Bukan Anwar Ibrahim (ABAI), Belia 4B Kuala Langat, Waris Malaya, Pemuda Umno Kuala Langat.

Laporan dibuat wakil setiap NGO itu di Ibu Pejabat Polis Daerah Kuala Langat.

Sebelum membuat laporan polis itu, 30 ahli NGO berkenaan mengadakan perhimpunan aman 30 minit di hadapan Pejabat Ahli Parlimen Kuala Langat.

Perhimpunan itu diadakan bagi mendesak Suruhanjaya Pencegahan Rasuah Malaysia (SPRM), Polis Diraja Malaysia (PDRM), Kementerian Dalam Negeri (KDN) dan Lembaga Hasil Dalam Negeri (LHDN) mengambil tindakan segera menyiasat bagi memastikan pendedahan itu benar atau dimanipulasi pihak tertentu.

Ketua Pemuda Umno Bahagian Kuala Langat, Zurihan Yusop berkata, belia mewakili NGO mendesak suruhanjaya ditubuhkan untuk menyiasat wujudnya 20 akaun individu dikawal Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim membabitkan aset saham wang RM3 bilion berdasarkan akuan bersumpahnya.

Menurutnya, SPRM tidak harus berdiam diri dalam hal ini dan siasatan perlu dibuat supaya keyakinan rakyat terhadap suruhanjaya bebas itu tidak terhakis.

"Pihak berkuasa perlu segera menyiasat sama ada akaun tersebut melibatkan wang negara dan rakyat.

"Isu ini memerlukan penyelesaian kerana jika dibiarkan ia boleh mendatangkan kemudaratan pada negara sekali gus menyalahi undang–undang," katanya.

Di SEREMBAN, 10 wakil NGO termasuk Kawasan Rukun Tetangga (KRT) sekitar Seremban membuat laporan sama di Ibu Pejabat Polis (IPD) Seremban semalam.

Antara NGO berkenaan ialah Gerakan Memartabatkan Pejuang Negara Malaysia (GMPN), Pertubuhan Pribumi Perkasa Malaysia (Perkasa) Negeri Sembilan, Parti Progresif Penduduk (PPP) Negeri Sembilan, Belia Dewan Undangan Negeri (Dun) Ampangan, Belia Dun Senawang.

Turut membuat laporan, wakil Pemuda Umno Bahagian Seremban, Umno Cawangan Temiang, Parti Progresif Penduduk (PPP) negeri dan KRT Taman Rasah Jaya.

Sementara itu di BERA, 10 laporan polis dibuat. Antara NGO terlibat ialah Warisan Anak Pahang Sejati (Waps), Pekida, Rela, Persatuan Bekas Tentera Malaysia (PBTM) Bandar Bera dan individu yang mewakili peneroka serta masyarakat Orang Asli.

Pegawai Perhubungan Awam Waps Bera, Rosli Mohamad berkata, menerusi laporan itu juga, mereka mendesak SPRM siasat segera demi menegakkan keadilan dan keluhuran undang-undang.

Anwar didakwa memiliki 20 akaun induk membabitkan aset, saham dan wang bernilai RM3 bilion seperti terkandung dalam akuan berkanun bekas Penolong Gabenor Bank Negara, Datuk Abdul Murad Khalid.

Apa yang menarik di Kuala Selangor ni??? Ada kawasan bersejarah ke? Ada tempat - tempat yang menarik yang boleh dilawati? Meh baca cerita kat bawah ni ye.

PETALING JAYA: Jumlah sebenar premis yang menawarkan khidmat mengurut di Selangor tidak diketahui tetapi ia mudah ditemui seluruh negeri itu terutama di kawasan bandar yang pesat membangun seperti Puchong, Damansara dan Batu Caves.

Secara mudah premis mengurut terbahagi dua – berlesen dan tidak berlesen. Satu lagi perkhidmatan urut yang mungkin kurang diberi perhatian ialah perkhimatan urut bergerak yang menemui pelanggan di tempat tertentu.

Di Kelang, jumlah pusat urut berlesen ialah 41 iaitu lesen lama yang dluluskan semasa pentadbiran kerajaan BN.

"Kerajaan negeri baru selepas pilihan raya umum 2008 telah membekukan pengeluaran lesen premis.

"Kita memperbaharui lesen mereka setiap tahun dengan pemantauan yang ketat," kata seorang pegawai unit perlesenan MPK.

Pegawai itu menambah, MPK masih mengeluarkan lesen premis reflesekogi tetapi setelah berpuas hati dengan syarat permohonan.

10 pusat di Kuala Selangor

Bagaimanpun, lain cerita di Kuala Selangor. Majlis Daerah Kuala Selangor (MDKS) mendakwa pihaknya tidak ada kuasa untuk menghadkan bilangan premis rumah urut di kawasan mereka.

Ketika ini ada 10 rumah urut di MDKS, kata setiausahanya, Azahari Sairin.

"Kami akan meluluskan sebarang permohonan membuka pusat urut selagi syarat yang ditetapkan jawatankuasa kawalan perniagaan dan kesihatan daerah Kuala Selangor dipatuhi.

"MDKS tiada alasan menolak sebarang permohonan yang dikemukakan pemilik rumah urut jika mereka benar-benar mengikut peraturan.

"…dan setakat ini PBT hanya meluluskan pusat urut refleksologi sahaja," katanya.

Bagi ahli parlimen Kuala Selangor, Dr Dzulkefly jumlah pusat urut di Kuala Selangor masih kecil dibandingkan dengan daerah lain.

Polis daerah pula telah mengadakan operasi sebanyak 14 kali tetapi belum menemui bukti ada kegiatan maksiat.

Hampir semua premis yang diperiksa mempunyai lesen dan pekerjanya mempunyai dokumen sah.

Tiada papan tanda

Seorang pegawai penguatkuasa Majlis Bandaraya Petaling Jaya, berkata, pihaknya kerap melakukan serbuan ke atas rumah urut yang beroperasi secara haram.

Katanya, kebanyakan premis urut beroperasi di kawasan rumah kedai paling sukar dikesan.

"Sesetengahnya tidak ada sebarang papan tanda, jadi kita tidak tahu apa yang berlaku di premis berkenaan," tambahnya.

Jelas sekali....ceramah Hasan Ali dengan JATI Tiga Jalurnya di Negeri Selangor Darul Ehsan semakin hari semakin tidak mendapat sambutan.

Terbaru ceramah beliau di Padang Awam Selayang Indah ( Belakang NSK ) berhampiran dengan Pasar Borong Lama, Selayang. jam 8.30 malam hari Selasa 5hb Jun 2012.

Lebih banyak kerusi kosong dari yang diduduki manusia. Rakyat sudah mula sedar....Hasan Ali jenis cakap tak serupa bikin.. janji tak pernah ditunaikan..

Apabila janji nak dedahkan video murtad tidak dilunaskan dengan memberi pelbagai alasan, maka rakyat sudah lihat tembelang busuk siapa beliau sebenarnya...

Pada awal Roadshownya memang ada sedikit sambutan.. itu tidak dapat dinafikan...sambutan pun sekadar ingin tahu...

Janji diawal semasa mengumumkan roadshownya...dia akan kata sekadar nak selamatkan "aqidah" umat Islam...tetapi sebenarnya, lebih kepada membelasah Pakatan Rakyat dengan menghasut rakyat supaya jangan beri satu undi pun kepada PR pada PRU 13 nanti.

Maka bertepatanlah , bila para pemimpin tertinggi PAS membuat keputusan supaya tidak melayan kerenah dan gelagat Hasan Ali... kisahnya akan mati secara beransur-ansur..Kini sudah terbukti

Walaupun dikatakan hasil tinjauan Pusat Kajian Demokrasi dan Pilihan Raya Universiti Malaysia (UMCEDEL) mengatakan 49% rakyat menyokong BN dalam PRU13 akan datang,namun hasil tinjauan itu tidak boleh diambil kira sebagai satu keputusan yang menentukan keputusan Pilihanraya Umum ke 13 nanti..

Ini kerana hasil tinjauan tersebut hanya melibatkan tinjauan terhadap seramai 2,282 responden sahaja..

tinjauan yang dilakukan oleh Universiti malaysia itu dilakukan diantara 31 March hingga 15 April 2012 lalu..

Anwar didalam ceramah beliau di Komplek Sukan 3K di SS13,Subang Jaya malam tadi..

Seperti sebelum ini,beliau kekal yakin Pakatan Rakyat akan menawan Putrajaya pada PRU 13 nanti...

Ini berikutan gelombang kebangkitan yang ditunjukkan rakyat termasuklah juga kebangkitan rakyat di Sabah dan Sarawak pada masakini yang selama ini merupakan "kubu" kuat yang menyumbangkan banyak kerusi parlimen kepada BN..

Menurut Anwar,perhimpunan Bersih diadakan kerana menuntut pilihanraya yang bersih dan adil..

"isunya apa..? Isunya penipuan pilihanraya.. setelah setengah abad merdeka kita merintih,menjerit minta fair and free elections.." tambah beliau lagi...

PKNS perlu batalkan pembangunan di Kelana Jaya , tegas Nik Nazmi

PETALING JAYA: ADUN Seri Setia Nik Nazmi Nik Ahmad menyarankan agar Perbadanan Kemajuan Negeri Selangor (PKNS) membatalkan rancangan pembangunan Kelana Jaya demi kepentingan rakyat dan masyarakat setempat

"Saya percaya sudah tiba masanya PKNS mengambil keputusan yang tepat untuk membatalkan rancangan pembangunan itu.

"Projek ini jelas sekali tidak dapat diteruskan memandangkan projek ini bertentangan dengan Akta Perancangan Bandar dan Desa 1976 dan sewajarnya kita menamatkan kontroversi ini dengan segera," katanya dalam satu kenyataan media hari ini.

Menurutnya, pendedahan oleh Jawatankuasa Selamatkan Padang Rakyat bahawa cadangan pembangunan Kompleks Sukan PKNS itu berdasarkan versi tidak sah Rancangan Tempatan Petaling Jaya 2 (RTPJ2) mempunyai implikasi besar bukan sahaja untuk projek tersebuttetapi Petaling Jaya secara keseluruhan.

"Sebelum ini masyarakat setempat dimaklumkan bahawa padang tersebut dizonkan sebagai kawasan komersial. Malah Ahli Majlis MBPJ (Majlis Bandaraya Petaling Jaya) dan saya sendiri dibekalkan maklumat yang sama.

"Hakikat bahawa wujud bercanggahan di antara RTPJ2 yang digazetkan secara sah oleh Jabatan Perancang Bandar dan Desa Negeri Selangor dengan versi kedua membangkitkan pelbagai persoalan.

"MBPJ turut bersetuju bahawa versi pertama yang menyatakan bahawa Padang PKNS merupakan kawasan rekreasi merupakan versi yang sah," terang beliau.

Menurut Nik Nazmi, sebelum ini beliau telah menggesa agar perkara ini dibawa ke Jawatankuasa Terpilih mengenai Kewibawaan, Kebertanggungjawaban dan Ketelusan (Selcat) Dewan Negeri Selangor.

Semalam, penduduk Kelana Jaya mengadakan demonstrasi aman mendesak Menteri Besar Selangor Tan Sri Khalid Ibrahim segera batalkan projek pembangunan di tapak padang Kompleks Sukan PKNS Kelana Jaya.

Mereka membawa sepanduk antaranya "batal segera projek padang PKNS" dan "Datuk Bandar MBPJ jangan jadi kambing hitam" mendesak supaya tapak itu kekal diwartakan sebagai kawasan hijau (rekreasi).
