We are currently looking for enthusiastic and dynamic candidates to join us as:

Admin Assist
(Selangor - Bandar Sunway, Selangor)

Responsibilities:

  • Povide administrative support for the company
  • Maintain leave record
  • Arrange and procure stationery, pantry grocery items, corporate stationery on regular basis
  • Coordinate with marketing personnel during internal training and meeting
  • Make travel arrangements including visa application for international business travelers
  • Support marketing event as and when require
  • Any ad-hoc assignment / task require by management

Requirements:

  • Contract position (1 year) 
  • Minimum 1 year working experience in administrative function
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Patient and attentive to instructions
  • Computer literate, good in Microsoft Excel (formulas) and Word 

Successful candidate will entitle to : dental, spectacles, medical benefit & leave, insurance and annual leave
