Can-One acquires assets in <b>Port Klang</b>

Can-One Bhd's wholly-owned subsidiary, Canzo Sdn Bhd, has entered into a
sale and purchase agreement with OCMerit Plastic Sdn Bhd to acquire a
piece of leasehold land and building in Telok Gong, Port Klang, for
RM14.3 million.

The close proximity of the property to the current production factory would

enable Canzo to optimise its operational cost, Can-One said in a filing to Bursa

Malaysia today.

It said that to meet growing demands for its jerry cans, Canzo intended to

expand its production lines. The proposed acquisition would enable
Canzo to have sufficient space for its current and future needs, it
