Miss Sunshine: The Secret Circle Gathering

It was mysterious, intrigue and exciting...
The Secret Circle Gathering and special screening at Subak Restaurant, Bukit Lanjan, Kuala Lumpur. 
It was a casual secret circle gathering, everyone in jeans, t-shirt and something comfy. We had treasure hunt, games, lucky draws and scrumptious dinner. Most importantly, we were the few first to watched the 1st episode of The Secret Circle series. 

Subak a place built on the fringes of the jungles of Bukit Lanjan. In keeping with the dynamic Balinese culture that is constantly fusing the old and traditional, with the new and innovative; subak aims to emulate this concept by blending its rustic decor with functional yet unique furniture and fittings.

I like the place, it kind of secret location. The journey to subak is like mini treasure hunt for me coz I have to follow the map closely. It is very eco friendly and have the kampung feels. That night, we were very casual, hangout, dinner, chatting, playing games and enjoying the special screening.

The
Secret Circle
 is based on the book series by L.J. Smith (The Vampire Diaries) — this is the story of a young girl who discovers not only that she is a witch and part of a secret covenant, but also that she is the key to unlock the century-old battle of good versus evil.
At 16, Cassie Blake's world takes a turn when her mother unexpectedly dies in a mysterious fire. Cassie then goes to live with her loving grandmother Jane in the small Pacific Northwest town of Chance Harbor, Washington, where her mother grew up.
While trying to adjust to her new life, Cassie quickly befriends Diana Meade, a sweet-natured girl who offers to show her around. Diana introduces Cassie to mean-girl Faye, Faye's sidekick Melissa and Cassie's next door neighbor Nick. Things soon become complicated when she meets Diana's boyfriend Adam, with whom Cassie instantly feels a powerful connection.
Soon strange and dangerous things begin to happen and Cassie's new friends are forced to tell her their secret - they are all witches and her arrival will now complete the "Circle". This Circle has not been drawn together again by chance, however Diana's father has plans of his own for the group.
