To check and ensure daily market order and pick-up at Receiving Bay and organize storage accordingly. To follow-up buffet set-up as per guideline and re-provisioned the items accordingly To ensure work station clean and tidy. To ensure hygienic work station, kitchen equipment and utensils. To observe all safety and fire emergency procedures during the execution of assigned duties. Performed any other duties assigned from time to time. Job Requirement MALAYSIAN CITIZEN ONLY Candidate must possess at least SPM / Professional Certificate / Diploma / Degree in Professional Chef / Culinary Arts / F&B Preparation & Services / Hotel & Restaurant / Hospitality / Tourism / Hotel Management or equivalent. No prior experience is required as training will be provided. Fresh school leavers and graduates are encouraged to apply. Knowledge in Western, Chinese, Indian, Malay and Pastry cooking is an added advantage. Pleasant disposition and excellent interpersonal skill. Able to communicate in both Bahasa Malaysia and English. Knowledge of other languages will be an added advantage. Must possess high level of discipline and integrity. Able to multitask, energetic, creative and self motivated. Results driven and passionate in setting a high performance standard and meeting objectives. Team player and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
