Tax Manager

Responsibilities:
For all the business entitles, manage corporate income tax, return filing.
Responsible for all indirect tax compliance and would be part of the project team for GST.
Manage all tax claims/issues with local tax authorities.
Update management with latest development and changes to tax regulations and implication.
Responsible for local tax planning/tax strategy based on the business's long term plan in order to minimize tax cost and tax risk.
Prepare monthly tax forecasts, yearly tax budgets, and long term tax forecast.
Deal with external tax consultants on tax issues or exposures.
Responsible for developing an internal tax audit/checklist.
Assist in other corporate and finance assignments as and when required.
Requirements:
Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accountancy/or Tax law qualification.
Minimum of 10 years post qualifying taxation experience in tax compliance and advisory work.
In depth knowledge and experience in both direct tax law & transfer pricing.
Pleasant personality and good interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and good team player.
