Q-Team has taken a bold step forward and earned its position as a "3S" Dealer for Mercedes commercial vehicles (Sales, Service, Spare-parts) and "2S" (Service and Spare-parts) Service Dealer for Mitsubishi-FUSO commercial vehicles by Mercedes-Benz Malaysia. What makes Q-Team unique and different from other workshops is that Q-Team has its in-house tyre retreading services. This value added service gives customers the convenience and comfort of dealing with only one supplier. Workshop Manager Jawatan kosong di Selangor – Port Klang Responsibilities: Develop workshop to ensure efficiency, reduce downtime, improve quality and improve SHE performance Assist all workshop personnel in writing operational manuals Liaise with customers regarding all quality related issues and reporting requirements Lead and manage after sales and technical team towards achieving section's key performance indicators and fostering team work Manage workshop headcount and ensure workshop recovery Provide training & skill development. Requirements: Candidates must possess a Degree in Mechanical Engineering/Automotive Engineering or equivalent At least 7 years hands on experience in workshop environment with min 3 years in a managerial capacity Knowledge of budgeting and cost estimation Supervise repair jobs and costing to minimize cost overrun and recommend competitive rates while maintaining high level of quality & services Excellent skills in management reporting and spreadsheet presentation We offer attractive salary and staff benefits.
