EXECUTIVE,MAINTENANCE
Jawatan kosong di Selangor – Puchong

Responsibilities:
Responsible to plan and schedule the maintenance and repair works for the commercial complex plant and equipments.
Supervision of subordinates and coordination with the contractors.
Assist the management in providing good customer service to owners and tenants of the properties.

Requirements:
Degree in Building Management or equivalent.
Good hands on knowledge in overall building services maintenance i.e. building defects rectification works, cold water and sanitary system, M&E services.
Minimum 3 years working experience in Commercial Properties.
