Requirements: - Degree in Human Resource Management or related discipline from a reputable institution
- Well versed with strategic HR practices including manpower planning, learning & development, compensation & benefits, employee engagement, performance management, talent development and industrial relations
- Good performance record in implementing HR solutions to meet business objectives
- Dynamic, resourceful, results-driven and has team leadership skills
- Minimum 7 years of related working experience with the recent 3 years and managerial level
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills both written and spoken
- This position shall be based in Johor Bahru
