SR ADMINISTRATORS/ADMINISTRATORS - CONTRACTS (C&S)
(Selangor)

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate various QS activities in the most cost effective way
  • Responsible for estimating, quantity take-off and claims preparation
  • Responsible for pre and post contract management, monitor materials and construction cost, procurement, site valuation, variation orders and final accounts
  • Evaluation of tender, preparation of tender submission and BQ, cost estimation, procurement support, follow-up on project and handle claims as well as payment for the projects

Requirements:

  • Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering or relevant disciplines
  • Min 2 years experience preferably in highrise building and/or highway projects
  • Knowledge in standard forms and contract, administration and construction claims as well as reviewing and drafting of contracts is essential
  • Possess strong negotiation skills
