Trainer Location: Bandar Utama/Bandar Sunway/Mid Valley Responsibilities: -Deliver new staff orientation for operation staff -To implement, organize and conduct off job training and on job training program for staff development -Monitor training record attendance of operation staff -Assist in identifying the training needs and measure effectiveness training by post evaluation -Monitor and ensure that all course materials/ equipment required to deliver the training are fully prepared -Deliver high standard of training to meet the desired outcome -Responsible for the program implementation and evaluation Requirements: -Diploma or Degree in any fields -Have related experience in customer service or retail industry will be added advantage -Able to work under pressure and multi task in a fast paced and intellectually demanding environment -Posses good organizational planning and facilitating skills -Good interpersonal skill and communication skills -Confident and able to conduct training independently -Analytical, independent, tactful and resourceful -Deadline oriented individual -Applicants must be prepared to travel for conducting training and store visitations within all stores -Posses own transport will be added advantage Interested candidates are invited to apply online or write-in with detailed curriculum vitae including contact telephone number, current and expected salary and a recent passport size photograph (n.r.) to reach us on or before 26th August 2011.
